This band incorporates the full membership of the String Orchestra as well as the most accomplished woodwind, brass and percussion players.
On the occasion of the Robert Selley Concert, it is customary to invite some Old Greys to fill some positions in the orchestra. It is also customary at this occasion to enter the name of this group as The Selley Orchestra on the concert programme in honour of the founding music head - Robert Selley.
