Online Application Procedure
To ensure that your application process is seamless, please ensure that you have the following documents (in PDF format) available for upload before you start your online application
- Certified copy of applicant’s birth certificate
- Certified copy of both parents’ ID documents
- Copy of applicant’s latest school report of present school
- Copy of proof of residence (latest utility bill)
- Copy of medical aid card (back and front) including copy of main member’s ID
- ID size photograph of applicant in school uniform (in JPG format)
Please take note of the following
- It is COMPULSORY to add two contacts (mother/father/guardian). If there is no second parent/guardian, please add a close relative or another contact to this field in case of an emergency.
- Click on “Submit” on the final page of the application to submit it – there is no need to “Save”.
