Library

All Grade 9-12 students are eligible to serve in the library. Grade 8’s from Term 3 onwards are also welcome to join. Library monitors participate fully in the running of the library, after undergoing a training session. Their responsibilities include the issue and return of books, as well as the processing of new books into the library system and the covering and general upkeep of new and old books alike. Each librarian works for one break every week, with a team of other members, supervised by a senior librarian (Grade 11/12). Boys can receive both half and full colours after five years of service in the library, or 200 hours. The Library is open after school (Monday-Thursday 14:10 – 15:00) and at second break.
